Simple Attendance is an attendance management platform that allows users to track attendance for groups and members, generate reports, and export data to Excel. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with different plan tiers.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use the Service, you must create an account by providing:

• A secure password
• Accurate and complete information

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription Plans and Payment

4.1 Free Plan

The Free Plan is available at no cost and includes limited features as described on our pricing page. This plan is available indefinitely but may be subject to change.

4.2 Paid Plans

Paid subscription plans are billed in advance for the subscription period. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your selected plan
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled
• No refunds for partial subscription periods

5. Acceptable Use

9. Termination
