  • Any promotional or discounted subscriptions that explicitly state "no refunds"

7. Free Plan

Our Free Plan is provided at no cost and does not require payment. Therefore, no refunds are applicable to the Free Plan as no charges are incurred.

8. Cancellation vs. Refund

Please note that canceling your subscription is different from requesting a refund. You can cancel your subscription at any time, which will prevent future charges. Cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current billing period. Refunds are evaluated separately based on our refund policy criteria.
